COWA’s flagship remand home partnership began at Naguru over 20 years ago. As our longest-serving location, Naguru has benefited from comprehensive programs and significant infrastructure improvements, setting the standard for juvenile rehabilitation.

- Welding and metal fabrication
- Agribusiness and horticulture

- Value addition and entrepreneurship

Impact:
