COWAs’, activities have grown since inception in 1988 from informal to an organizational structure with two main units.
COWA aims at empowering its leaners with knowledge,skill,value and positive attitude to enble them discover their self-worth thus living their full potentialand enter competently in the world of job market.
COWA has been supporting the Government of Uganda in its activities at Naguru Remand Home through the psychosocial programmes, whose major aim is to ensure skills development for young Generation while at the Center.
Companionship of Work Association (COWA) is Non Governmental Organization (NGO) /and Company limited by Guarantee operating country wide Established in 1988; registered as NGO on 07 July 1994.
