    COWA Centenary Vocational Training School

COWA Centenary Vocational Training School (CVTS) stands as a beacon of hope for vulnerable young women in Uganda.
Founded in 1992 by a Catholic Priest from the Missionaries of Africa, CVTS was established with a specific mission: to address the needs of HIV/AIDS girl orphans who were left without skills or the possibility to continue with academic education after the death of their parents.
Situated in the welcoming community of Nsambya Catholic Parish Yes Center Kabega Road, CVTS provides more than vocational training we offer a supportive residential environment where young women discover their dignity, develop marketable skills, and build confidence for independent, productive futures.
Today, while our original mission continues, the School is open to admit all orphans regardless of the nature of their parents' deaths, as well as other vulnerable youth from difficult socio-economic backgrounds who are in need of our services.
Our Legacy: Over 600 young women have graduated from CVTS, each carrying skills, confidence, and hope into their futures.
