6 Months Certificate in Tailoring & Handcraft Practical Garment Construction. Focuses on precise hand-sewing, machine operation, basic pattern reading, and the construction of simple, wearable garments.
2 Years Diploma in Fashion & Textile Design Creative Design & Business Management. Comprehensive training in design conceptualization, advanced pattern drafting, digital design, and branding for the fashion industry.

What You’ll Learn in Detail:

  • Certificate (6 Months): Emphasis on hands-on Garment Assembly for different body types, Fabric Identification and Care, and safe use of sewing equipment. This level produces competent tailors ready for custom work.

  • Diploma (2 Years): The program elevates skills to a creative and entrepreneurial level.

    • Pattern Drafting Mastery: Learning to draft and manipulate patterns for Women’s Wear and Children’s Wear, from basic blocks to complex tailored items.

    • Textile Arts: Surface Designing (creating patterns for textiles via printing/dyeing) and Knitwear Design (sweater knitting techniques, material selection).

    • Design Creation: Fashion Illustration, developing collections, and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) for fashion.

    • Fashion Business: Marketing and Merchandising, entrepreneurship, and running a successful design house.

Requirements:

The following documents must be brought the day of admission.
Photocopies of:

  1. Primary School Leaving Certificate and Result slip/certificate
  2. Secondary School Result slip/certificate and Leaving Certificate, if any
  3. National ID if any /Birth Certificate.
  4. Four passport-sized photographs
  5. Duly signed copy of declaration in the code of conduct by the student and parent/guardian/ sponsor (a copy enclosed)

 

NOTE: The student must be accompanied by a parent or guardian on the first day of admission.
