3 Months Certificate in Basic Cookery Kitchen Fundamentals. Mastering essential safety, hygiene, knife skills, and core cooking techniques (boiling, frying, baking) for entry-level kitchen jobs.
1-2 Years Diploma in Catering & Hotel Management Management & Specialization. Integrates advanced cookery, professional patisserie (baking/decoration), and the administrative/managerial aspects of the hospitality industry.

What You’ll Learn in Detail:

  • Foundational Culinary Skills (3 Months): Focus on Food Safety & Hygiene, basic preparation techniques, Menu Planning, and Basic Cooking of Local/Continental Dishes. This is the practical foundation for all food service roles.

  • Advanced Diploma (1-2 Years): This program provides a pathway from the kitchen to management.

    • Culinary Specialization: Advanced Patisserie & Cake Decoration (including frosting, fondant, and presentation), International Cuisine, and Food Costing & Inventory Control.

    • Hotel Operations: Front Office Management (reservations, guest relations), Housekeeping, and Facilities Management.

    • Food & Beverage Service: Professional service standards, Beverage Management, and customer excellence.

    • Event Planning: Skills to organize and cater for large events, conferences, and banquets.

Requirements:

The following documents must be brought the day of admission.
Photocopies of:

  1. Primary School Leaving Certificate and Result slip/certificate
  2. Secondary School Result slip/certificate and Leaving Certificate, if any
  3. National ID if any /Birth Certificate.
  4. Four passport-sized photographs
  5. Duly signed copy of declaration in the code of conduct by the student and parent/guardian/ sponsor (a copy enclosed)

 

NOTE: The student must be accompanied by a parent or guardian on the first day of admission.
