Campus Leadership
COWA's campus leadership drives excellence across our two specialized training centers, managing a combined team of 33 professionals who deliver transformative education to Uganda's youth.
At VTC in Kireka, our team oversees 9+ technical programs through an innovative Dual Training System with strong industry partnerships.
At CVTS in Nsambya, our leadership champions holistic female empowerment, having transformed over 600 vulnerable young women since 1992.
Together, these dedicated teams ensure quality education delivery, student-centered approaches, and strategic management that transform disadvantaged youth into skilled, confident professionals.
